Early Stage 1 Excursion to Featherdale Wildlife Park

To support our teaching and learning program about Australian animals, an excursion to Featherdale Wildlife Park has been organised for our Kindergarten students. Travel will be by seat-belted coach. During the excursion, the children will be guided by their class teachers to observe, discuss and learn about Australian animals. They will focus on animal life cycles and animal needs, such as food, habitat and safety. Students will be supervised in class groups with their teacher and will be accompanied by a learning support person as well during their tour of Featherdale Wildlife Park.
