Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Warami. I’m excited to welcome you to our school.

Established in 1887, Wentworth Falls Public School has proudly served our community for well over a century. Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains on Dharug and Gundungurra land, we honour and acknowledge the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples as the traditional custodians of this beautiful country. Our stunning natural environment not only provides an inspiring backdrop for learning but also underpins our strong commitment to environmental and sustainability programs.

At Wentworth Falls Public School, students are at the heart of every decision we make. Guided by our vision — safe, respectful, learners — we strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every child is known, valued and cared for. We are proud of our family atmosphere and inclusive community, where cultural diversity is celebrated and respected, and where building relationships is central to who we are.

Our dedicated staff are committed to quality teaching and hold high expectations for all learners. They work as a cohesive team to provide engaging, differentiated learning experiences that support each child to achieve their personal best. We offer a broad curriculum enriched by opportunities in sport, the arts, leadership and extracurricular activities. Reflecting the spirit of our local community, our students are encouraged to explore their creativity, embrace challenge, and develop the skills and values they need to be lifelong learners.

We believe education is a shared journey, and we value strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community. Together, we provide opportunities for involvement and participation that strengthen learning and wellbeing for every student.

Wentworth Falls Public School is more than just a place of learning — it is a welcoming, inclusive community where every child is supported to grow, achieve and thrive. I warmly invite you to discover our school and share in the pride we feel as we continue a tradition of excellence in public education.
